Jessica Werst is a Clinical Quality Analyst supporting Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) programs across California. With 19 years of experience in ACT services, including Forensic ACT teams, she brings deep expertise in program development, fidelity implementation, and clinical training. Previously, Jessica served as a Program Specialist at the Idaho ACT Center of Excellence. She holds a master’s degree in social work and is a licensed clinical social worker, committed to helping ACT teams deliver high-quality care to California residents.
