The following are the terms and conditions (the "Agreement") for use of the https://learn.pmhp.org platform, described herein under the domain of pmhp.org and part of the legal entity of the University of California, Los Angeles. This platform, the California ACT/FACT Learning Center from the Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) at the UCLA California Center of Excellence for Assertive Community Treatment and Forensic Assertive Community Treatment, provides training to Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) providers in California to support implementation and fidelity.
Please read them carefully. AS A REGISTERED USER OF THE PLATFORM https://learn.pmhp.org, USING THE SERVICE, AND/OR CHECKING THE TERMS OF SERVICE BUTTON, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN ACCOUNT, AT LEAST 13 YEARS OF AGE, AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The platform is available to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. This is an official platform under the umbrella of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The privacy policy explains how personal information about you is collected, used, and disclosed by UCLA with respect to your use of UCLA websites where this policy is posted (collectively, "Sites").

**Information Collected by UCLA
General
Our Sites are made available to you to provide information about our university and the services offered. You can browse our Sites without providing any personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, or social security number.

For example, we may collect information about your computer's operating system, IP address, access times, browser type and language, and the website that referred you to us. We also collect information about your usage and activity on our Sites.

*Member Account, Password & Security
To register for the Service, you must complete the registration process by providing Learn.pmhp.org with current, complete, and accurate information, including your email address (username) and password. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any use of your account. You agree to notify Learn.pmhp.org immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Learn.pmhp.org support staff may, at times, access your account to provide technical support.
Nonexclusive License
Learn.pmhp.org grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access video files, PDFs, SCORM files, Learning Communities, and other resources on the platform. This license is contingent on your compliance with this agreement, and you may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the training materials
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source content
- Sell, lease, or transfer rights to the materials
- Remove proprietary notices or labels
- Interfere with the platform’s operation
- Use for timesharing or commercial resale
Your access will terminate immediately upon violation of any terms.
Confidentiality
“Confidential Information” includes any data marked “confidential” or conveyed with the reasonable expectation of confidentiality. Neither party may disclose the other’s Confidential Information without written consent, except as required by law. Upon termination of this Agreement, both parties agree to destroy or return all Confidential Information and certify its disposal.
Information and Publicity
Learn.pmhp.org may collect and retain information as described in its Privacy Policy. It will not share your data except:
- With your consent
- When legally required
- To third-party service providers (e.g., technical support), under strict confidentiality terms
Privacy of Intellectual Property
You may not (nor may anyone on your behalf):
- Copy, record, or reverse engineer any training materials or documentation on Learn.pmhp.org
Permitted Use
Permission from PMHP is required to quote or reference educational materials or training content accessed from Learn.pmhp.org. You must request permission before referencing PMHP as an organization or any materials authored by PMHP staff or external training partners. Contact: support@pmhp.org
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn.pmhp.org and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from:
- Your breach of this Agreement
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of any law
- Use of your Brand Features
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and materials provided through Learn.pmhp.org may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The platform may change at any time without notice. Learn.pmhp.org makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or the absence of viruses or other harmful components.
Proprietary Rights Notice
The Service and all intellectual property associated with Learn.pmhp.org remain the sole property of Learn.pmhp.org and its licensors. You may not:
- Sublicense or redistribute the Service
- Modify or reverse engineer any software
- Use branding or trademarks without permission
- Register or claim Learn.pmhp.org branding
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use AI-powered tools (including note-taking tools) during live trainings or sessions
- Automate data collection from the platform
- Link to non-public materials
- Record, screenshot, or screen capture any platform content
Personal Information
We may collect limited personal information that you voluntarily provide, including name, contact information, and social media handles. We may also obtain additional information from third parties and combine it with data collected from your use of the platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
