Monica Martin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Idaho. She obtained her master’s degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University and has dedicated her entire professional career to the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model. Monica began her work in ACT as a bachelor-level intern and was subsequently hired as a social worker. Over the course of her career, she advanced through a range of clinical and leadership roles, including clinician, clinical supervisor, and ultimately Program Manager of the Idaho ACT Center of Excellence. In this role, she supported statewide implementation of ACT through training, technical assistance, and fidelity support, working closely with multidisciplinary teams serving individuals with the most complex behavioral health needs. She now serves as a Clinical Quality Analyst with PMHP - UCLA, where she continues to support high-quality, team-based behavioral health services. Monica brings over 16 years of experience in ACT and is passionate about strengthening systems of care that promote engagement, stability, and recovery for individuals with serious mental illness
