About

Noah attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, he moved to Redding, CA. He spent the bulk of his professional career in the specialty mental health arena and worked for the county mental health department, where he focused on field work with Full Service Partners (FSPs), crisis intervention, case management, individual/group rehabilitation, and street outreach. In particular, he developed a passion for supporting conservatees. The interconnectedness of the legal system and the mental health system is also of interest to Noah. Most recently, Noah helped develop an ACT program within another state’s Center of Excellence, where he trained ACT staff on a myriad of topics that ranged from documentation to crisis intervention to outreach/engagement.
