Learning Communities
PMHP will be hosting live virtual Learning Exchanges on the California ACT and FACT Learning Center through its forthcoming Learning Community feature. Learning Exchange meetings and corresponding Learning Community pages allow those in similar roles and on different teams to connect, collaborate, and share ideas, resources, successes, and challenges. These virtual spaces are offered to support individual and collective capacity-building through mutual learning and collegiality.
PMHP staff members facilitate Learning Exchange meetings and moderate Learning Community pages, posting agendas for upcoming Learning Exchanges, sharing news relevant to provider roles, and eliciting between-meeting discussion on relevant topics.

ACT and FACT Team Leader Learning Community
Welcome to the California ACT and FACT Team Leader Learning Community, a resource and discussion page that complements the California ACT and FACT Team Leader Learning Exchange bi-weekly meetings. Joining this Learning Community offers access to the Team Leader Learning Exchange Zoom meetings. This page can be used to access resources, engage in discourse and share best practices with other Team Leaders, and stay in-the-know about relevant developments.
