Overview
Behavioral activation is one of the most important and effective cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills used for treating depression. Despite its tremendous efficacy, it is very under-utilized in practice. In this workshop, we’ll cover the rationale and elements of behavioral activation and then practice using this highly useful strategy with real client scenarios. If you are working with individuals who struggle with the symptoms associated with depression, this is a great addition to your practice.
