ACT and FACT Training Collaborative Series
Overview
The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) Training Collaborative Series provides an in-depth orientation to the ACT and FACT service delivery models. The series reviews evidence-informed practices for team-based care related to areas such as multidisciplinary team configuration, service array, management of clinical services, and daily practices to support teams in improving the quality of life for those they serve. It also outlines strategies to improve fidelity to the evidence-based model of care and quality improvement activities that ACT and FACT practitioners can adopt to advance their impact. These trainings are designed to serve as a comprehensive series while also providing the option for participants to attend sessions as stand-alone trainings. This series is recommended for ACT and FACT practitioners of all role types and experience levels.
