Welcome to the California ACT and FACT Learning Center's Roles page. ACT and FACT providers can find their role listed below to access learning plans that include required foundational and role-specific training, suggested optional training, and relevant resources tailored for their role.

ACT and FACT team members will be required to complete 20 annual training hours, using any combo of foundational and role-based curricula and additional topics. Required foundational and role-specific training topics (~30-40 hours) should be completed by July 2029 (preferably within first two years of service delivery). Most trainings are 1-6 hours, are available in a variety of formats, including asynchronous and live virtual, and many offer Continuing Education credits.

Note for FACT providers: You will have the option to select if you are on a FACT team once on your individual Role page and required FACT trainings will then be added to your learning plan.
